I have been a full time employee at Hunter Industries for 3 years as a mechanical Engineer on their Research and development team. We take high risk project ideas and turn them in to reality. As a department, we specialize in anything mechanical such as geared systems, nozzles, and anything injection molded. Individually I have created a niche for developing Turbo-machinery (Variable stators, turbines etc) and applying fluid mechanics to create better fluid distribution and efficiency . I have led and carried my own designs to production on rotor projects, and spray projects, And have worked on valves, Paper dispensers, and touched on a few more.

A Gear Driven Rotor provides the best opportunity for efficient Irrigation. Our team developed a Robust 2,000:1 planetary gear drive with a reversing mechanism, 0-360 degree arc adjustments, Stable Head speeds from 7-30 GPM, and more.

Sprays provide the cheapest irrigation solution for homeowner and small turf fields. However, they have traditionally been plagued with poor water distribution and irrigation efficiency. I took my understanding of fluid mechanics and was able to increase efficiency by up to 20% without adding cost to the product. Patents are pending.
